This blend of 50% Cabernet and 50% Malbec is harvested in early fall from Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina. Grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, then fermented in stainless steel. After natural malolactic fermentation, 40% of the wine is aged in French and American oak for 8 months.
The moderate sweetness balances the natural acidity, giving the wine a smooth, rounded mouthfeel. It has a persistent finish with lingering notes of black fruit and spices, offering a well-structured and satisfying experience.
