Pasote is made from 100% estate-grown blue agave in the Jalisco Highlands, distilled in small stainless-steel pots with volcanic-rock-filtered well water in San Julián. This expression is bottled straight off the still at 55% ABV, undiluted, delivering the purest, most concentrated expression of the agave. It is certified additive-free.
